This page explains how AEGISLY VPN users can request deletion of their account and associated account information where account functionality is available.

How to request deletion

If the version of AEGISLY VPN you use includes an account deletion option, use that option from within the application. You may also submit a deletion request using the developer support contact shown on the official Google Play listing.

What happens next

The request may need to be verified to protect the account from unauthorized deletion. Eligible account information will then be deleted subject to information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, technical, or legal obligations.
